They all have their strengths. It's all a matter of matching your priorities to what a particular browser does best.
Chrome - Fastest (great Dev tools)
Firefox - Best for customization (great Dev tools)
Safari - Most Stable (decent Dev tools)
Opera - Prettiest (decent Dev tools)
IE (only 9 and up) - Most popular (decent Dev tools)
Mobile - Safari and Opera are really the only viable options. Both great.
